So you’re on the Nutrisystem Meal Plan and YOU’RE HUNGRY! Well, Nutrisystem recommends that along with your daily meals, you get four servings of vegetables, and two servings of fruit. This ensures that you get all the snacking in that your body is craving, and it gets the vitamins and nutrients from the vegetables.

The vegetables are your choice. You can grab some celery and (a small amount of) peanut butter, or you can snack on baby carrots. Some steamed broccoli with your dinner meal may be the perfect addition. If you aren’t a large vegetable fan, I recommend that you try a few new things to try and mix in there. You can substitute a serving of vegetables with vegetable juice if you enjoy that more.
