The Nutrisystem diet provides a substantial amount of protein and fiber, while focusing on nutrient-dense, “low glycemic” carbohydrate choices, which help reduce blood sugar spikes and control hunger throughout the day. You will eat often throughout the day to keep you feeling fuller, longer, making it easy to lose weight.

The meals are designed to be perfectly-portioned, and include enough protein, along with the unlimited vegetable options, to ensure that you have the perfect recipe to curve your hunger. By drinking plenty of water, and possibly stashing a snack bag of carrots, you should be able to get by until your next meal.
